TROUBLESHOOTING (Most common issues)
A full tune up. We will check every part and component of the system in order to prevent break downs, water leaks and excessive electrical bills.
Your AC system might need an indoor coil cleaning if:
Freon gas charge
If the system is freezing up and not blowing cold air, the refrigerant charge may be low. It is also advisable to search for the leak and repair it, if possible.
The electrical components of the system need to be checked out if:
If there is water leaking out of the air handler your condensation water pipe is clogged. It needs to be cleared, and the condensation pan in the air handler has to be cleaned and treated.
We advise installing a safety switch to prevent water damage in the future.

A.1. Small refrigerant charge loss: Recharge
A.2. 35% or more refrigerant charge loss:
B. Water leak from condensation water pan and/or drain lines. Service condensation water pan, blow out condensation drain line.
C. Air Handler blower, condenser fan or compressor won’t start
C.1. Replace starter and/or running capacitors
C.2. Replace evaporator blower motor and/or circuit board or relay; replace condenser fan motor and/or contactor relay.
